Our Approach

We Treat Patients, Not Conditions This is our approach to treatment at Langford Physiotherapy and Medical Acupuncture.

We Will Listen

Every patient is different. Every body is different. Before beginning treatment, we will take the time to get to know you, your life, your goals.

We Will Take The Time

We commit to providing exactly what you need each time you visit us. This might mean your appointment is longer or shorter than the standard
XX minutes

We Will Tell You The Truth

Recovery can take time and sometimes full recovery isn’t realistic. We will be honest with you and give you reasonable expectations.

We Believe...

After evaluating the injury we’ll help you to understand how your body works and what may have lead to your injuries. We will empower you with knowledge that will aid in your recovery, including; the biology of your injury, the period of rest that may be appropriate to your circumstances, taping or bracing, & any number of other aspects important to finding your way back to the comfort & conditioning that you are accustom to.

Our Practitioners

Committed to Mastery & Teamwork

Life-long
Learning

There is no “done” when it comes to training and education. We are committed to continually learning and upgrading skills as new information & approaches become available.

Working As A
Team

Our patients get the best care when they have access to the brains & insights of our entire team. We seek input and perspective from each other, working together to deliver the best care we can.

Borrowing From Other Fields

We incorporate exercises and activities from dance, power lifting and personal training. Sometimes creative answers come from sources outside of traditional physiotherapy.
